Abstract:
Nanotechnology is nowadays strengthening its roots in the field of computer science by contributing in the creation of more efficient computing components. Nanotechnology is developed in the several fields of studies including material science engineering, and in pure science and computer science as well. Nano-materials and Nano-devices are fabricated and controlled by Nanotechnology tools and techniques, Nanotechnology will lead to a new dramatic step of these kind. Implementation of Nanotechnology eliminates the dependency on others for moving from one place to another for disabled persons, Using Arduino micro-controller we can create GUI between user and wheelchair, Using Voice assistant Disabled person(user) can easily interact with device through voice and Battery plays a major role for providing backup for the user without any obstacles. Nanotechnology plays a major role in providing smart environment which includes voice assistant, smartphone, dc motors, sensors etc.

Introduction:
Since the beginning of man’s existence, the life of a human being is most valuable and essential factor. This life has gotten to be more complicated and more perplexed with so little time left to watch and deal with old individuals or those who have specific physical handicaps. This has motivated scientific all over the world to provide more technological devices to help people, essentially those who have suffer from specific disability, basically paralysis. This modern way of lifestyle requires further development of medical oriented projects.
Nanotechnology in the field of computers and daily life plays a predominant role by initializing minute circuits and devices for more efficient usage. Development of Nanotechnology in wheel chair eliminates the requirement of wire communication. Usage of voice assistant reduces the involvement of manual operation on wheelchair. Using wheel chair we can create smart environment in the field of physically challenged person. Smartphone and sensors gives the ability to operate the wheel chair sufficiently for deaf and dumb disables, the usage of devices and the human intelligence permits and grants travelling without stress, strain and without dependency on others. Implementation of Arduino in the wheel chair reduces the cost and less expensive. 

Theory:
The vision of Nanotechnology has made a great impact to minute components in the field of wheel chair. The Nano-vision, promotes an environment where humans are surrounded by intelligent and natural interfaces offered by the interconnected different computing devices embedded into everyday objects. The environment thus created is capable of recognizing and responding to the actions quickly with higher speed. Nanotechnology can be seen as the driving force toward a more user-friendly and user-empowered smart environment for providing effective support to human interactions. These technologies integrate sensing, processing, reasoning, and networking capabilities in addition to various different applications, services and digital contents.
The primary and basic usage of wheel chair is to provide comfort for disabled person, implementation and installation of smartphone delivers GUI between the user and the device, through arduino provides less cost, reduces multiple users. The provided smartphone and the GUI in the wheel chair executes the smooth compartment and creates simple interface for voice recognition the commands given by the user is easily determined by the device. The dc motors provides perfect timing in turning of directions efficiently without any hazarders and works with perfect timing in the process of moving in all directions.  

Related work:
The wheel chair is designed only for the purpose of helping old individuals and patients who are not able to move from one place to another, they need others help to move from one place to another. so we can create a smart environment for their disabilities and can provide wheel chair to move from one place to another without any others support. Wheel chair performs based on Nanotechnology for providing a smart and efficient way to use the device, arduino is the circuit for the cost purpose and works more efficiently in making the path for the commands through smartphone to device.
Nowadays the smartphone is creating the smart environment and providing all the facilities as like the computer. Basically the smartphone is used for making Calls, Messages, Taking pictures, watching movies…etc.
Although voice assistant is also creating the smart nature for the disables and it is also one of the most developing smart technology used in smartphone, palmtop, mac-book, etc. voice assistant can be used for giving commands through voice for the device it works by speech recognition, the voice assistant gets revoked by the waking commands like ‘Hey Google’, ‘Alexa’, ‘ok Google’. Once the keyword is called automatically starts processing and wakes its ears then listens the commands, process the command and provides the 99.9% accurate result , The voice assistant uses a technique known as “natural language processing” to understand what you said, and then answer your question or agrees your command.  

Applications:
The wheel chair is implemented and used in hospitality, homes, and in transportation by providing arduino application the device interacts and that can sense the commands physically and digitally. The device with the help of Nano-applications can create a wheel chair into automatic wheel chair, and can be completely works through voice with voice assistant like move front, turn back, turn right, turn left, etc.
The battery can give the backup for the device based on the capacity .

Conclusion:
This design gives the smart and attractive nature towards the needed people who are unwilling to move from one place to another can easily travel and enjoy their life as well as the people who are travelling without others support, and this device gives the hope for the disabled persons to live and lead their life. by the usage of smart Nanotechnology the device can perform both physical and digital actions with voice assistant gives the happy feeling  for the users.
